All items offered on Piece of Cake are in stock. Our store is based in United State; however, to ensure shipping time, we send items to a warehouse in the United States.
When a customer places an order, we need 1 business day to pack the item, contact the shipping company to receive the order, and ship it to the customer.

2. Shipping cost.
Our orders are shipped free to all locations.
3. Order tracking.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive email updates and can access real-time tracking on our website. Please keep in mind that some orders may be sent in numerous packages. You will receive multiple emails and tracking numbers in these circumstances.
Please allow the carrier 5-7 days to scan your cargo into their system.
If you try to track your delivery and there is no information available, it simply means that the courier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking events will appear on the tracking page after the parcel is scanned into the system.
If your projected arrival date has passed, please contact us so that we can take care of this for you.
4. Incorrect address.
Make sure you enter the correct address during checkout because:

We are not liable if your order is delivered to an incorrect address or is returned to the sender. Our shipping partners will return the orders to their warehouses and dispose of them. Please double-check your mailing address before contacting our customer service.
We are not responsible if your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged if you contact the carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or reroute it.
