Return and Refund Policy

However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to return a purchase or request a refund. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand the guidelines and procedures.

In the odd event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you have 7 days to return it for an exchange. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 7 days have passed since you received the package. Products that have never been used, products that have been used lightly, or products that have been opened is not eligible for a return.

  1. Return conditions
Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis. Customers' purchases may be returned only if the goods delivered meet the following criteria:

  • The things received have been damaged.
  • The item is not the correct size that was ordered.
  • The item is the wrong color compared to what was ordered.
  • The item is of a different design from the one ordered.
  • The ordered item is the incorrect style.
  • All alternative explanations are rejected.
  • Purchased delivered within the past 7 days.
  • Products that have not been opened and are still in their original packaging
  • Products that have never been used.

   2. Return process:

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

Please send photos and order details to We will check and offer you return label and address. You only need to download, print, and mail it to the address provided in the email.
Orders should not be sent to the manufacturer's address. Only send orders to the email address given. 
Most of the time, we will replace defective items or an inaccurate purchase just by obtaining a photograph of the precise problem with the product and the order number. 
The consumer will not be responsible for the expense of returning the goods.

Time frame

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

    Not Acceptable

    We do not accept refunds in these cases:

    • The customer chose the wrong size.
    • Package missing due to the wrong shipping address provided
    • The customer change their mind.
    • Customers change the order or shipping address after the product has been printed and shipped out.
    • The customer returns the product without noticing our customer service team.
    • The package lost in transit, lost during delivery, mail man delivered to a wrong address, package seized and destroyed by the custom.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
