● Processing Times
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Once we have received your order, your order should be processed within 3 working days. Dispatched can take a little longer during busy periods, but we'll notify you via email as soon as your order's on the move. ☺︎
● Shipping
Spend $100 or over and receive FREE US SHIPPING using our standard delivery service.
● I have set a wrong shipping address
Please contact us as soon as possible! Once the order has shipped, we are not responsible for the losses, shipping, or refunds.
● Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final, no cancellation.
● My order is being returned to sender, what happens now?
If this happens, it’s usually due to you enter an insufficient address or if you’ve not collected your parcel from a nearby post office in the timeframe specified.
If the package it’s being returned to us, please be aware that the original shipping costs for your order are non-refundable, and you will have to purchase a new shipping label.
● I have received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, contact us and we'll get this resolved as soon as possible.
● Do you ship international?
Yes! We do ship internationally! International shipping rates will be calculated when you check out on our website.
● Duties and Taxes
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
If your package is seized and destroyed by the customs, the buyer will responsible for the original shipping charges, losses, product, or shipping, and you will have to purchase a new shipping label.
