📦 Orders with Both Pre-Order & In-Stock Items

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item arrives.
If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

❌ Order Cancellation

All sales are final.
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.

🏠 Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label.

We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if you contact the carrier to forward or reroute your parcel after it has left our warehouse.
